This Privacy Policy explains how AXESS RE LLC ("AXESS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AXESS network at axessre.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information you provide. When you request access or create an account, we collect your full legal name, email address, phone number, real estate license number, brokerage, the markets you cover, and what you mostly do (your focus). If you post to the network, we collect the content of your listings, buyer needs, and messages ("Member Content").
Information from sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to authenticate you. If you sign in by email link, we use your email address to send you a one-tap link.
Information collected automatically. We collect a limited amount of technical information needed to run the Service securely, such as your IP address, a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic log and usage data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our public forms to tell humans apart from bots.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit it.
With other members. AXESS is a network. The profile details and Member Content you choose to share are visible to other verified members, subject to the permission and confidentiality controls the Service provides. You control what you post, and you can limit the exposure of a listing using the tools we offer.
With service providers. We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, only as needed to perform their work — for example, our hosting provider (Render), our email delivery provider (Resend), sign-in via Google, and bot protection via Cloudflare. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AXESS, our members, or others.
Business transfers. If AXESS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Third-party features you interact with (Google sign-in, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as described in their privacy policies.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. If you cancel your account, we may retain certain records where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so — for example, transaction, referral, or payout records, and information needed to comply with law or resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended only for licensed real estate professionals who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or through the Service and update the "Last updated" date above.
