Membership criteria

Membership is open to any Massachusetts licensed agent in good standing. AXESS is a software subscription for licensed agents. These are the only criteria, they are applied identically to every applicant, and every applicant who meets them is admitted.

The criteria

1. You hold an active Massachusetts real estate salesperson or broker license in good standing.
2. You are affiliated with a licensed Massachusetts brokerage.
3. You agree to the Terms of Service, including the licensure certification on the sign-up form.
4. You pay the published subscription rate. The rate is $0 during your 14-day free trial, and nothing is charged until paid billing has begun and your trial has ended (Section 8 of the Terms).

How admission works

• Automatic. When you submit the sign-up form with a Massachusetts license number and brokerage and accept the certification and Terms, you are admitted. There is no waitlist, interview, sponsor, or referral requirement.
• Not discretionary. AXESS does not select, rank, curate, or hand-pick members, and membership is not by invitation. A referral or sign-up link only pre-fills the form; it does not change the criteria or the price.
• License verification. We check your license against the public records maintained by the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure at sign-up, periodically, and when a license is scheduled to expire.
• Every decision is recorded. Each application is logged with its date, the applicant, the criteria checked, the license verification result, and the decision — and, for a denial, the stated cause. A form that is missing a valid license number or the certification is logged as incomplete, not denied; you can correct it and resubmit.

Denial or termination — stated cause only

An application may be denied, or a membership suspended or ended, only for one of these stated causes:

• your real estate license is not active or not in good standing (including a lapse);
• non-payment of the published subscription; or
• a material breach of the Terms (for example, a false statement about licensure).

We tell you the cause in writing and give you a reasonable opportunity to cure where the issue can be cured. Once the cause is resolved, you are re-evaluated under these same criteria.

Price

The published rate is the same for every member who meets these criteria. Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the first 100 members pay $25/month for life, and members who join after the first 100 pay $50/month. We always give advance notice by email before any charge begins. You can cancel any time; a paid membership ends at the end of the current paid month, with access until then and no further charges. See Section 8 of the Terms.

Who cannot join

AXESS is for licensed agents only. Consumers, buyers, sellers, and unlicensed individuals cannot join. AXESS is not a brokerage or a multiple listing service, is never a party to a transaction, negotiates nothing, and holds no money.
